It will take three weeks to see the beautiful cherry blossoms in Sorachi sub-prefectural area and everybody in the area is fed up with white heavy snow to date.
What they are looking forward to is, yes cherry blossoms and binge drinking under the cherry trees called "Hanami"!
Toumei Park in Bibai City is one of the best "Hanami" point in Hokkaido. Yes, walking with your lover along the trees is also nice even in the night because the trees are lighted up.
It will be still a bit cold even at the beginning of May in this area. Please get prepared for "Hanami" even in the cold temperature to enjoy enough the beauty of pink and white blossoms with your precious!
