"Conchiglie" in Akkeshi Town !

Even for novices of seafood BBQ, skewered seafood can be selected to grill on the fire. Shrimps were so nice but I prefer raw fresh shrimp while drinking beer albeit I could not drink as a driver on that day.


I took forty five minutes until we were invited to the BBQ corner of the restaurant. We had already savor enough the raw fresh sushi-grade oysters, so we put them on the grill and waited for opening the mouth.
This is Akkeshi Bay that produces so nice and delicious oysters. So many wild oysters were there until years ago. The scenery and the climate are like that of Scotland, so a certain company established a distillery in this area recently.
