So-called "Kaiseki Ryouri " !
A cube of sesame curd was my first choice to eat for dinner on that day. Soaked in transparent broth, sesame curd stimulate our appetite so much.
This is steamed pumpkin. It was so sweet but some kind of broth infiltrated in it. We felt we were so happy in the comfy space.
This is the contents of the black pot. Sliced ed snapper, clam, Chinese lettuce and mushroom were boiled with kelp and dried fermented bonito. Sliced raw fatty tuna, shrimp and flat fish followed.
